CrashFundMe

Tokenized Fundraising Infrastructure

Enabling permissionless, multi-asset fundraising on-chain — powering everything from grassroots crowdfunding campaigns to enterprise-scale capital formation

Executive Summary

CrashFundMe is a modular, on-chain fundraising infrastructure that combines a Token Factory, a Campaign Factory capable of working with any ERC-20 (and adaptable to other standards), and a GoFundMe/Kickstarter-style crowdfunding layer. All three systems leverage shared price oracles and fee contracts to deliver low-cost, composable rails for tokenized fundraising across consumer, nonprofit, and enterprise use cases.

Origin Story: Why CrashFundMe Exists

The Problem We Set Out to Solve

CrashFundMe was born from a specific vision: democratizing real estate investment through tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and giving public-facing industries back to the people through decentralization instead of leaving them in the hands of a few corporate benefactors.

The Infrastructure Gap

When we started building toward this vision, we quickly discovered a fundamental problem: the infrastructure needed to properly implement this vision didn't exist.

Existing platforms were either too centralized, lacked multi-asset support, couldn't handle regulatory requirements, or simply weren't built as composable infrastructure that could support diverse fundraising models.

Building the Rails That Should Exist

Rather than compromise on our vision, we made a strategic decision: build the tokenized fundraising infrastructure that needed to exist.

The result is CrashFundMe — not just a crowdfunding platform, but a comprehensive set of composable on-chain rails for any kind of fundraising activity. From the Token Factory that enables asset tokenization, to the Campaign Factory for flexible fundraising structures, to the Crowdfunding Layer with oracle-verified pricing and fee management.

Impact Beyond the Original Vision

While we built CrashFundMe to enable our real estate RWA vision, we realized we had created something more valuable: universal fundraising infrastructurethat anyone can use for any legitimate fundraising need.

Our Mission Today

We're not just building a product — we're creating enabling infrastructure that democratizes access to capital formation. Whether you're tokenizing real estate, launching a community campaign, raising venture capital, or anything in between, CrashFundMe provides the rails you need to do it properly, securely, and compliantly.

Regulatory & Compliance Readiness

Reg CF Frontend

In development; target support for raises up to $5M with $250 upfront and 2.5% success fee

KYC/AML

Document acceptance functional; integration to restricted-person databases in progress; on-chain blacklisting exists

Payments

Plaid and Stripe accounts approved; fiat on/off-ramp optionality

Geo/Anti-Structuring

State and country geofencing plus anti-structuring logic (>90% coverage) in frontend
